Atheists can't have kids?

At least according to a <a href="http://www.time.com/time/magazine/article/0,9171,877155,00.html">New Jersey judge</a>, ruling that allowing a little girl to be adopted by a parent who's an atheist would somehow violate her "freedom to worship God".

Good God, but this is stupid.
