The comments on that were (as I often find, reading political boards) interesting and illuminating. It's a source of some fascination to me that people can believe the things we're up to in Guantanomo to be a Good Idea, particularly on people of indeterminate guilt or innocence.
Of course, they also claim that Geneva doesn't apply, because it's "not really a war," which is an interesting fallacy. Makes me pine for British schooling, it does.
